Qualification as on 1.7.2011 - Candidates besides having a thorough knowledge of Hindi Devnagri script must have obtained following Degree.

Eligibility Requirements : (i)The
candidate must be a citizen of India. Married male candidates who have
more than one living wife or female candidates who have married to a
person who has already a living wife are not eligible to apply. (iii)
Candidates serving in Govt./Semi Govt. Organisations must send their
application duly forwarded by their present employer.
Centre for Written Examination : The written examination will be held at centres at Dehradun (Garhwal) and Pantnagar (Kumaun) in Uttarakhand.
Selection Process : The selection will be made through written examination and interview. The written examination will consist of a single, objective type question paper of three hours duration. There will be negative marking for wrong answer. The candidates who satisfy all other conditions will be called for the interview at Dehradun on the basis of merit list of the written examination.
Probation Period : Two years
Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100/-
Age limit (As on 01-08-2011) : Not more than 35 years
